Show tooltip popup next to the line of text that has the "i" marker#82

Currently the tooltip pops up in the bottom left corner with no indication of what it’s referring to. I might scroll away from the marker and the tooltip is still bottom left. It would be useful if the popup appeared next to the line of text, similar to the in-line comment popup.
