Web Site Add In#71

The gaget that should include a web site doesn’t work on subdomains. Why not? For example, when I use https://www.abcfitness.com the web page gets included and looks great! However, if I use https://help.abcfitness.com I get the error that it can’t connect or can’t include the page.

The subdomain is part of the main host, so I don’t understand the problem with using subdomains with this gadget.
