"Freeze" Tabs with Scrolling#58

Example: If there is a lot of content in a certain tab, I have to scroll back up to click on a different tab. Would be nice when I scroll to “freeze” the tabs so I can view what’s available instead of scrolling back up. Would probably work best with vertical.
