formatting inside footnotes#54

please fix the footnote macro. it used to allow formatted text. now it doesn’t anymore.

I guess you used to use the “Server” version of Confluence and now you use the “Cloud” version. Unfortunately, this option is not available for Cloud.

However, we’ll look into it to improve our product!
