Allow tabs to be rearranged#51

It seems that once a tab has been added, it is difficult to change the order of the tabs.

Hi there, sadly the dragging and dropping of macros is an Atlassian limitation and not something that we can improve. Our recommendation is to use copy and paste for rearranging macros. This works consistenly.
