Background Macro#23

We’re considering bringing the Background Color macro from Content Formatting to cloud. This macro allows you to change the background color of content. This would, for example, allow you to highlight a block of content to make it stand out on a page.

We’re currently developing the background macro which will allow you tto not only add colours but images to the backround of your content. We also plan on releaseing a number of other customisations. We’re currently looking for feedback on the feature, so if you would like to be a part of the development of the feature, please get in touch.

Dear Dylan, I’m very interested in being part of the development :) I tried the Tab-Macro today and did encounter the same issues like with the rectangle macro as already reported.

We’ve now shipped the MVP for this feature. Over the next few weeks we’ll be adding the abilility to add and customise images and the ability to change the corners of the background.

Hi there, when i use multiple background macros in one page, the content from the first instance of the background macro has all its contents duplicated in all subsequent background macros of the page. so basically this macro is useless to me unless i only use one per page. it was not like this a few months ago when i first published the page, as much as i can remember. thanks
